It is a perfect mix of family and fun.

WHY LAKEWOOD VILLAGES?
Lakewood Villages is located 5 minutes from Offutt AFB, and 20 minutes from downtown Omaha. When Lakewood Villages was under construction it was the hottest development in Sarpy county. And still is one of the best in the Omaha metro area.
As for the shopping there is a Super Target, and Bakers supermarket http://www.bakersplus.com/Pages/default.aspx less that 3 minutes away, Shadow Lake Town Center http://www.shadowlakeshopping.com/ 5 minutes away.
The neighborhood has exercise trails running all through it and future plans to link it into the Omaha, Papio, and Bellevue trail system. And has a wonderful park with very well maintained tennis courts, kids playground and sand volleyball courts.
